FAQ

1. How long does it take to get my order?

We typically ship from our New York warehouse. Orders may also be shipped from our overseas location. You can expect to receive your order within approximately 10-15 business days from the date that you placed your order. If it is being sent from overseas, this may add up to 5 days.

2. When will I receive my tracking number?

Typically, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours. It is possible that it may take an additional 24 hours depending upon the time the order was placed for the systems to update with the proper tracking number.

3. Will my products come in one package?

In most cases your order will come in one package. However, to get all your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship more than one package. This may cause you to receive packages on different days or times. If you receive a partial order, please allow another day or two for the balance of your order to arrive.

4. How can I check the status and tracking of my order?

You can track your order status using your Order ID through the email sent to you used to place the order. 
 
5. What form of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover and of course PayPal and now Amazon Pay as of September 1, 2019.

6. How can I add a discount on my order?

If you received a discount code from iSurviveNation.com, iSurviveShop.com, iSurviveOutlet.com or http://www.IntellisysLLC.com, that code can be entered on the checkout page.

7. Which countries do we ship to?

We ship within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless otherwise stated.

8. What do you charge for shipping and handling?

It really depends upon the product's weight and destination normally. However, we do have specials for existing customers on occasion, where shipping and handling are included.

9. How can I get the latest products offered?

Very easy....just opt-in to our mailing list through our Contact Us page.

10. What is your warranty policy?

We provide a one year warranty on all products, except limited by the manufacturer, based on your purchase date. The warranties apply to the original purchaser only. They cannot be transferred. Warranties do not cover damaged products caused by misuse or abuse.

10. How do I return or exchange an item I purchased?

    Simply contact us and our team will help you.

    11. Will I be charged sales tax?

    Trust us, we do not like charging sales tax, we only collect it for the government. 

    12. How do I return my product?

    We make returning a product easy.  On the Contact Us page, send us a message with your order number and why you would like to return it.  We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please do not send anything back to us without an RMA.  Products must be in good condition and in original packaging for an RMA to apply.

    13. Are there any other costs associated with international purchases?

    We do not ship internationally at this time.
